This agreement governs the services provided to you by the Conscious Quokka. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of this agreement. Please note that our services, and consequently this agreement, are subject to change. The most current version of this agreement will always apply, and members of the Conscious Quokka will be notified about changes in our T&C’s by email.

User Registration

To get access to the Brand Catalog, Knowledge Hub and Blog, you will need to create a paid account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and protecting your account. We reserve the right to modify or remove usernames that we deem inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

 

Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your billing cycle depends on your chosen subscription plan (monthly or yearly subscription).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please cancel your subscription by sending an email hello@consciousquokka.com at least 7 days before the day you want the cancellation to be in effect.  

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you accordingly with applicable law.

Third-Party Websites and Content

Our Services may contain links to other websites and platforms (“Third-Party Services”). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these Third-Party Services. Using them is at your own risk.

We may also display content from third parties (“Third-Party Content”). This content doesn’t represent our views and we aren’t responsible for its accuracy or reliability.

You agree that we are not liable for any harm or losses caused by your use of Third-Party Services or Third-Party Content.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

Our service content is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not publish, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without our permission. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Liability

Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
