They believe it is their responsibility to be a force for good and create meaningful, positive change along the way.
“To create ridiculously tasty products with the lowest possible impact on the planet.”
They are still working on being 100% carbon neutral with the support of Climate Partner.
By 2027, The Collective aims to get 100% kerbside recyclable packaging.

The collective used to have black pigment lids that although recylable, they were often mistaken and counted as non-recyclable. This is why in 2021, they have now a clear lid that are widely recyclable at kerbside (fron your home).
Throughout the years, they have also improved their packaging. Just in 2018, they eliminated the lid and spoon of their 150g tubs which made them save over 35 tonnes of plastic per year.
All the yoghurts are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Also free from GMOs and palm oil.
They are committed to being open and honest with one another and have regular check-ins. They pay salaries that are fair when compared to the market, and cometitive total packages that include private health care, a health cash plan, enhances pension contributions, access to a bonus scheme, sick pay, flexible working and enhances support for new parents.
They are also proud of their volunteering scheme. In 2023, they donated over 64500 servings of yoghurt to food banks.
