At Karst is known that everything has an impact on someone or something, and this includes the carbon emissions involved in delivery, and production, which they try to minimise as much as possible. Karst paper’s carbon footprint is 60% smaller than the same amount of wood-pulp paper.
Pulp paper is one of the largest industrial polluters, and it released over 100 million Kg of toxic pollution each year, while Karst Stone paper is produced using 80-90% of calcium carbonate, with is one of the world’s most abundant substances.
